  1. Indemnify doctors for legal liability and pay for damages, this shall include the claimant(s) costs and defence costs, in respect of an event or circumstance, as defined, which occurred during the period of insurance, arising out of a provision of professional services in Republic of South Africa and arising out of actual and/or alleged.
